**About the Role**:
We have a unique and exciting opportunity available for a suitably experienced individual to join the Organisational Development team in the position of **OD Program Manager.**

This pivotal role requires a passionate individual to design, implement and embed innovative diversity employment and development programs designed to support women into the construction industry.

Based out of either Melbourne or Sydney, you will work with high profile employment partners and rethink how we attract, develop and retain talent. This is a national role so some travel will be required.

**Responsibilities of the role include;**:

- Manage high profile diversity employment and development programs working closely with OD & People teams to operationalise the I&D agenda
- Coordinate with Communications and Marketing Teams to develop program collateral
- Take a long-term approach to developing pipelines of talent to address capability shortages within the organisation
- Develop success measures and track key metrics to ensure delivery of program outcomes
- Partner with OD, People Teams and Social Impact to ensure Diversity initiatives are supported across all business units and projects
- Manage cross functional relationships to ensure effectiveness of program implementation, and network across industry
- Establish innovative ways to further build advocacy for inclusion & diversity within John Holland
- Support embedding of flexible working practices, including education of leaders
- Facilitate capability development programs and webinars on a regular basis

This position will require you to have a track record in leading successful culture change, diversity or employment programs.

The ability to build and nurture relationships and utilise your excellent stakeholder management skills is essential.
