Where the team fits in
You’ll be part of our Organisational Development (OD) team, which sits in our People & Culture group. This highly specialised group of individuals are responsible for delivering all aspects of OD strategy, including - engagement & culture; talent & leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion; wellbeing; critical capabilities, careers, development, and learning.
Working closely with the Head of Learning, Learning Practitioners and the broader OD team, this position plays a pivotal role in supporting high quality and impactful learning experiences through REA University.
While this position supports the whole OD team, the primary focus is to ensure accurate and timely management of administration and logístical needs to support our busy roadmap of talent, leadership and learning programs and activities.

REA University is made up of several Schools (Self, Leadership, Tech, Sales, Product, Design & Finance) each playing a critical role in growing skills for the future of work through curated learning experiences based on our competency and skills frameworks.
REA University operates as a co-ownership between the business and People & Culture. School Leads have a dual responsibility - shared ownership for the enterprise REA learning strategy and initiatives, in addition to the design, implementation & operation of that strategy as it pertains to their School.
Learning practitioners in each School proactively collaborate and consult with identified content owners to ensure a consistent learning experience and reduce duplication of effort.
As part of our vibrant and growing REA University cohort & learning community, this role leads all things coordination and administration the Schools of Self and Leadership.
What the role is all about
The core responsibility of the Learning & OD Coordinator is to support the Head of Learning & learning practitioners through the end-to-end coordination, administration and logistics for the talent, leadership and enterprise learning experiences.
While no two days are the same, day to day you can expect to:
- Be hands on administering the day-to-day of learning including course and session data, notifications, enrolments, invitations, pre/post-work, evaluation, liaising with learning partners and providers, venue and catering requirements, creation of workbooks and templates, etc.-
- Partnering with the Senior L&D Specialist in the end-to-end management of our corporate induction (House Warming) and other REA University learning events and activities.- As our Learning Management System champion, take the lead role in creating simple, easy and engaging online user experiences, managing all facets of the REA University platform (Docebo).- Providing coordination support for the Organisational Development team in the delivery of broader OD initiatives.
