**About the role**

Reporting into the OD Manager, Capability - this role provides planning, coordination, design and development and program management/delivery for the Sportsbet Graduate/Early Careers program. You will also support the wider OD team with programs and events such as Leadership Development (includes calendar bookings, invitations, participant communications, venue bookings, event planning).

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead the coordination of planning for the graduate program and proactively manage the graduates’ experience in partnership with the business and HRBP’s
- Manage the design, development and delivery of the Learning & development program for the graduates with the OD Manager
- Coordination support of programs and events related to team member L&D (includes calendar bookings, invitations, participant communications, venue bookings, event planning)
- Manage the process for development funding and study assistance requests from leaders for team members

**About You**

We’re looking for someone with a customer first attitude and constantly strive to improve team member experiences as well as:

- Previous experience in supporting and OD/HR team
- Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and support delivery of multiple processes & projects
- Experience managing a Graduate Program is highly regarded but not essential
