Reporting to the Chief People Officer and leading a small team, the Organisational Development Manager plays a key role as a member of the Senior People and Culture team to provide strategic advice on learning and organisational development initiatives. With an impressive suite of learning and people programs in place, you will have the opportunity to both design and build upon the current offering and broaden out their OD approach.

Having a strong understanding of the organisation’s strategy and policies, the role will design and develop programs that strengthen employee capability, leadership, engagement and the overall health of the organisation. This role will be accountable to design and develop a range of L&OD strategies guided by strategy and operational plans, including cultural evolution and engagement, talent management, leadership development, and change management.

- Depth in leading and developing OD strategies and initiatives across a medium to large multi-site organisation regarding capability, change, culture and leadership
- The ability to drive organisational capability at an enterprise level from strategy through to delivery, leveraging potential talent and leadership frameworks and tools
- Knowledge of contemporary L&D design practices and learning principles, change management and driving engagement
- Track record leading and developing team members
- Experience gained within retail, hospitality or aligned industries
- Recognised tertiary qualifications in HR, OD, or Psychology
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment preferred
