This global supply chain logistics business is a provider of ocean and air freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution services and supply chain management. Their ability to seamlessly connect with the world and deliver exceptional services is second to none.

A pivotal opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service expert to join their team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for managing an existing client portfolio. This will include playing a key role in customer implementation, development, retention and working across multiple channels in the business.

Pace Appointments is seeking an individual with the following attributes:

- Previous experience in a similar position and a good understanding of supply chain, logistic and transport businesses
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to build relationships at all levels internally and externally
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time managements skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines
- Outgoing and confident in your approach with ability to exceed expectations
- A team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Sound working knowledge of the Microsoft suite and previous experience across Cargowise-EDI or similar
