Stoller Australia manufactures high quality liquid fertilizers and specialty nutrient products that assist crops to reach their full potential. Stoller products are distributed through a network of dealers nationwide.
Stoller Australia has representatives and distributors throughout the country. Our team's detailed knowledge of plant physiology and advanced understanding of how crops respond to the environment, allows us to constantly innovate and develop our products. Our team undertake trials and demonstrations throughout the country to grow our understanding of how our products impact plant potential in a variety of conditions. Stoller employ skilled representatives who work nationwide with growers, agronomists and distributors. We share our detailed knowledge to assist growers in maximising yield potential.
**The Territory Sales Manager (TSM)** reports to the Northern Regional Sales Manager and is responsible for the sales and profitability of the designated territory. In order to achieve the desired performance, the TSM will have a set, clear plan in the form of sales and expenses budgets for the region along with business development plans for the total territory and individual dealers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Formulate an annual Sales Program for implementation with dealers and end users, in consultation with the Regional Sales Manager, and present for approval by the National Sales Manager
- Correctly describe the features and benefits of all relevant Stoller products and programs. This includes having the ability to address product and program questions and to resolve dealer or customer issues
- Provide appropriate information and education about the safe, effective and efficient use of Stoller products and programs for relevant crops in the territory
- Provide Stoller information, research results, point of sales material and promotions to customers, dealers and end users as appropriate
- Maintain regular direct contact with Stoller staff, key dealers, and key end-users, establishing trust by providing knowledge and managing the resolution of issues in a timely fashion
- Develop and maintain an accurate data base of clients, key influential people and dealers while ensuring that the activities, products and prices of competitors and local market activity are accurately monitored and reported
- Ensure that the resources of Stoller Australia are appropriately utilised to ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining stocks of marketing material and product on hand to match the requirements of dealers and end-users
- Ensure the use of the technical resources of the Company are optimised in serving customers with support and advice
- Communicate and promote product trial activities to growers in consultation with the Technical Team
- Ensure detailed and accurate reports are submitted on time as required, and that strategies and tactics are appropriately updated and approved. The management of expenses and optimisation of the approved budget for the territory will be monitored closely by the company
- Seek advice, direction, guidance, training and/or coaching from the Area Sales Manager to ensure your goals are met in a timely fashion
- Perform other duties, as required by the company
**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**
- Degree or Diploma in Agricultural Science or equivalent is desirable.
- Highly effective presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Proven knowledge of plant nutrition principles and nutrition programs in relevant crops.
- Rural industry experience.
- Success in sales planning and achievement.
- High positive energy and drive for success.
- Proven ability to work in a team and foster team achievements.
- Highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- A high level of proficiency of computing skills including use of all Microsoft Office tools.
- Current Driver’s license is essential.
- Agsafe/ Fertcare Certification is desirable.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
