We are a seeking an Analyst to join our dynamic and collaborative Claims team in the RAC Insurance business. You’ll be responsible for analysing and evaluating process improvement opportunities to ensure successful business outcomes.You will be accountable for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, analysing business problems/opportunities, coordinating system testing and delivering recommendations and ultimately contributing to the successful delivery of Insurance initiatives and projects.This is a Full Time, permanent opportunity.What will you be doing?- Providing stakeholder needs analysis and managing expectations
- Understanding and communicating business requirements
- Providing reports on findings at all stages to stakeholders ensuring an appropriate level of change management
- Representing the views and requirements of the business
- Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the overall efficiency, functionality and user friendliness of system enhancement/development
- Preparing, collating and delivering testing recommendations for system changes
- Managing system outages ensuring awareness across the business and mitigating potential impacts
- Researching and analysing existing operational processes using techniques such as data analysis, observation, interviews and claim reviews
- Assessing, investigating and analysing business problems/opportunities.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
What are we looking for in you?- Previous experience working as a Business Analyst or similar
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field is desirable
- Previous experience using various systems (Atlassian Products such as Jira and Confluence is desirable)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong project support and organisational skills
- Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise, self-motivate and work under pressure
- Ability to articulate contrary views or challenge where necessary
- Demonstrates confident relationship management skills to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
