The Opportunity

We have a permanent opportunity for a Claims Officer to join our Commerical Property team.

Your new role- You will be providing delivery of superior claims service, determining proper policy coverage to conclude, investigate, evaluate and negotiate assigned cases.- Managing both Commercial and Domestic Claims and will be primarily Property Claims.- Maintain current knowledge of insurance guidelines and policy changes.- Maintain good client relationships and respond to client requests promptly.- Identify and report suspicious or fraudulent claims.- Share information with stakeholders while considering confidentiality guidelines.- Ensure compliance with accreditation levels and policies.- Provide clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.

About you- Having general insurance claims experience is advantageous- A strong focus on customer service with the ability to build rapport over the phone and handle varying customer expectations and demands- A highly empathetic approach to dealing with customers, possessing the ability to be friendly yet professional- Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills- Solution focused, pride yourself in providing an exceptional customer experience at every point of contact.- Self-motivated maintaining high levels of excellence through times of change and show resilience in the face of a challenge.
