This permanent full-time position will be based in Auburn, NSW.

**Your duties will include**:

- We are sourcing and managing clients needing talent acquisition services in alignment with company goals and vision.
- Manage and facilitate all elements of the recruiting process, including advertising, shortlisting, screening, organising, conducting interviews, reference checking, compliance checking and validating work rights.
- Ad hoc administration duties to support the team.
- Always maintain confidentiality
- Maintain documentation to a high standard.
- Reverse Marketing (Market Jobseekers to Employers to obtain employment)
- Understand background skills and education
- Previous four (4) years of experience as a Recruitment Officer.
- Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong administrative skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent time management
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously under limited supervision
