Recruitment Officer/ Reverse Marketing

POSITION OUTLINE

Job Title: HR Manager/Reverse Marketing

Reporting to: CEO

Position Type: Full time employment.

**Salary**: 1. Base Salary - $70,000 including Superannuation per annum.

Experience: Ideal experience in retail, HR and Office Management, or sales. But it is not

vital if they can show they are a top performer in their previous roles, and have

an example where they have organised/improved an area with admin.

PRODUCTION OUTLINE

Products:
A) Established and productive employees

B) Statistical based performance monitoring systems covering all

teams/team members, who are well paid based on their individual and

team productivity.

C) Effective company policy in place across the business (done in

coordination with the Executive Council).

D) An organised, calm, and freed up General Manager and CEO.

Duties, this will include

but is not restricted to:
HR/Office Management Duties:
E) Reverse MARKETING ( Min 1 Employer signed up for Reverse Marketing)

1. Ensures the team is working well together and spots any issues that may

be occurring, either handling them with their manager or letting the General

Manager know.

2. Ensuring all administration actions in relation to keeping the company

management system in place are completed and everything is up to date.

This includes maintaining an accurate and up to date Organising Board

and statistical dashboard that ensures it is displayed for all employees to

see and understand.

3. Design, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of the process of

work (routing forms) within an office or company as a whole, in order to

sustain and improve efficiency and productivity.

4. Creates company yearly hiring forecast, liaises with the executives in the

company to work out the priority of positions that need to be filled.

5. Controls the whole hiring process, works with our outsourced recruiter to

ensure that only productive and effective people are hired who align with

the company’s culture and brand values.

6. Creating, maintaining and administering onboarding to all new team

members including managing the Company Handbook.

7. Working with Managers to ensure their responsibilities in onboarding are

done.

8. Works with each area of the company to create position specific training

packs.

9. Managing the Receptionist, ensure they are being responsible for office

reception and office management, including cleanliness, stock, plants,

appearance, security and calendar management etc.

10. Managing the IT Support Officer, ensuring they are providing effective

management of IT including the handling of our relationship with our IT

Support, and handling all IT, phone, internet, computer issues and

situations as well as maintenance and monitoring of team member

statistical, performance and KPI systems.

11. Managing HR duties such as organising performance reviews, contracts,

disciplinary actions, bonuses, managing the relationship with Employsure

etc.

12. Understanding all relevant awards better than anyone else, and ensuring

these are referenced and adhered to.

13. Legal and fast termination of low/unproductive staff or subcontractors.

14. Working with managers, ensures every employee has a yearly performance

review.

15. Solve company problems and issues to do with improving productivity and

staff and mediates team member disagreements or upsets if necessary.

Quality Control Duties:
16. Receives customer feedback from the Service Department and determines

if any process or employee needs correction.

17. Reviews each area of the company’s results and recommends any actions

that need to be taken that will improve the company, presents this

information to the Advisory Council.

18. In -charge of all employee training needs, coordinating with managers,

works to elevate employees skills set through group and individual training

plans.

19. Administration of apprentices or trainees logistics and paperwork.

20. Educates employees on looking after themselves bringing about a good

understanding of how to keep their bodies healthy.
