Based in the vibrant hub of Auburn, NSW, we serve over 3,000 clients—including more than 500 business clients—by providing reliable, professional, and timely financial solutions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and capable **Office Manager** to ensure the seamless daily operations of our firm and support our expanding team of professionals.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities (as per ANZSCO 512111)**:
- Implementing and monitoring office administrative systems, procedures, and policies
- Overseeing and coordinating office activities and workflow to ensure operational efficiency
- Supervising administrative staff and assigning tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Maintaining records management systems, filing, and archiving
- Managing budgets and financial records related to office operations
- Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and training of administrative personnel
- Organising meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Ensuring workplace compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
- Contributing to the development of office strategies and process improvement initiatives
**Skills & Experience Required**:
- Proven experience in office administration or office management, preferably within a professional services or accounting environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and support a diverse team
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based office systems
- Familiarity with accounting practice management software (e.g., Xero Practice Manager, MYOB, or similar) is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of business administration principles and confidentiality requirements
