Our client creates employment and training opportunities by partnering with organisations who have a workforce demand for various team members. Our client is looking for a dedicated and energetic Recruitment Officer to join the team.
This will be a permanent full-time position based in Auburn NSW or Notting Hill Melbourne.
**Your duties will include**:
- Sourcing and managing clients in need of talent acquisition services, in alignment with company goals and vision.
- Manage and facilitate all elements of the recruiting process including advertising, shortlisting, screening, organising, and conducting interviews, reference checking, compliance checking and validating work rights.
- Ad hoc administration duties to support the team.
- Always maintain confidentiality
- Maintain documentation to a high standard.
- Reverse Marketing (Market Jobseekers to Employers to obtain employment)
- Understand background skills and education
- Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong administrative skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent time management
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously under limited supervision
