The Reporting and Insights Team is responsible for end-to-end reporting and insights, including data management, ETL processes, and visualisation outputs, while also advising on reporting needs. As part of this team, the Reporting Analyst will focus on assigned projects, delivering reports, analysis, and dashboards to supervise progress and provide visibility. Collaborating with the Reporting and Insights Manager with a dotted line to the Senior Program Manager, this fixed-term role supports project delivery through comprehensive reporting and insights.

**Please note, this is a fixed term role on full time basis, up to 24 months duration.**

- Develop consolidated views using SQL for data from multiple databases, build accurate reports, and adapt them to evolving business partner needs.
- Build, update, and maintain Tableau dashboards, creating visualisations and offline elements for presentation packs.
- Generate data-driven insights and recommendations, offering advisory support to project teams based on identified patterns.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports, maintain real-time dashboards, fulfill tailored requests, and lead discussions on data presentations.
- Foster strong internal relationships, complete compliance training, and maintain detailed documentation and knowledge management.

- Expertise in using Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau, for creating reports, dashboards, and visual data representations.
- Skilled in analysing process performance and project data with a focus on continual improvement.
- Good to have familiarity with Optus systems and fulfillment databases, demonstrating Superb communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and presentation of insights to stakeholders.
