Over 30 years we have developed our HaemaFrac process which enables countries to turn human plasma they collect into lifesaving hyperimmune products.

**Here’s the high-level**

We have a 6 month fixed term contract at Aegros for a Financial Analyst to lead the effort in supporting several business units within our rapidly growing Biopharmaceutical company.

You will have oversight over all key financial reporting processes and contributes towards preparation, analysis, forecasting, and presenting monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial information including budgets and actual analysis, department performance results, product costings and financial statements.

The Financial Analyst is a committed member of the Finance Team and will proactively provide financial support and participates in business decision making.

**What you will be doing...**
- Preparation of Costing and Forecasting models and Scenario Analysis
- Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce Management Reports
- Preparing Corporate Budgets and Business Performance reports (for the company and for each department)
- Assisting in month-end and year-end reporting and performance review
- Identifying and recommending cost-effective solutions
- Preparing as needed strategic financial analysis for business units
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and Accounting Standards requirements and liaise with Financial Controller on relevant matters
- Provide support to the Finance team, including day-to-day activities, coordinating workloads and employee development
- Provide process and product improvements and business strategy support
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA/CA/CIMA)
- 5+ years of related work experience preferably in Cost Accounting
- In-depth knowledge of major financial processes within manufacturing including Product Costing, Cost Accounting and Decision Support Reporting
- Self-motivated with strong analytical skills
- Desire to drive opportunities for productivity
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams through financial analysis of high impact projects
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively interpret and report on financial performance of operations results with all levels of management
