In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a dynamic team delivering innovative customer technology solutions that help customers plan, book, pay and for travel and use public transport, this role will see you supporting project delivery through effective program governance, reporting, and data management.

You'll play a key role in maintaining and optimising the ServiceNow (Project Management) tool, ensuring accurate data, insightful reporting, and smooth system functionality that underpins the success of multiple projects.

You will build, enhance and maintain complex dashboards and reports, troubleshoot system issues, and support project teams to uphold data quality and governance standards in a fast-paced environment focused on technology innovation and service delivery.

This is a temporary opportunity until October 2026 and is based in Parramatta with hybrid work arrangements available.

About you

Your technical aptitude, analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, formed across IT, systems administration or project management environments, will see you excel in managing ServiceNow functionality and delivering actionable insights that improve project oversight and decision-making.

You're recognised as a detail-oriented systems thinker, skilled at managing tools that enable effective portfolio governance, and experienced in supporting programs through technology-driven reporting and stakeholder engagement.

You have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, and you're confident building and maintaining positive relationships with a range of stakeholders. Your ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations and collaborate effectively helps ensure project teams stay informed, aligned and supported to deliver successful outcomes.
