**Stowe Australia** one of Australia’s largest Electrical & Communications Contractors is looking to engage the services of a Communications / Telecommunications Technician to work in its Client Services Department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate field works efficiently.
- Maintain effective communication with customers.
- Work in a fast-paced environment across various customer sites.

**Preferred qualifications & skills**:

- Telecommunications Industry Experience: Preferably in critical environments.
- Construction of Communication Racks and Active Network Equipment.
- Installation of Tie and Patch Cabling.
- Experience with Cutting Over / Changing Active Communications Equipment.
- ACMA Open Cabling Registration with structured fiber endorsements.
- Fiber Optic Cabling Skills: Preparation, Splicing, and Termination.
- OTDR Testing and Fiber Commissioning.
- Unrestricted Driver’s License.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

It would be also highly desirable to have experience and qualifications with:

- NV1 Security Clearance
- Cert III Telecommunications
- Unrestricted Electrical Licence

Remuneration and package will be developed depending on abilities and experience.
