**Network and Telecommunications Team Leader - Permanent - Hybrid - Melbourne**

Our client is a highly regarded and nationally recognised organisation that is at the forefront of their industry, covering fields in health, education, research, and training. They are currently seeking an experienced
**Team Leader in Network and Telecommunications** to join their team in Melbourne.

This position provides a full-time permanent role with a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $160,000 per year + super in a Hybrid Office/WFH setup.

- Proven ability to provide technical leadership to the ICT Network and Telecommunications Team.
- Experience collaborating with vendors to identify opportunities for improvement and utilising technology to enhance network and telecommunications operations.
- Proficiency in developing comprehensive lifecycle management plans that assess future network architecture requirements.
- Demonstrated track record as a network engineer in a large and complex enterprise, preferably in a 24x7 operational environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and clear communication of technical concepts.
- Advantageous: Knowledge of enterprise data network infrastructure and technologies, including Cisco ACI, Cisco switching and routing, and Palo Alto firewalls.
