**Land Advisory / Property Economist - Sydney**

**Location**: Sydney, NSW

**Salary**: $85,000-$100,000 incl. super (commensurate with experience)

Are you a motivated Land Advisor or Property Economist ready to take the next step in your career? We’re on the lookout for a driven individual with a strong interest in land markets, economic analysis, and development strategy to join our team based in Sydney.

**About the Role**:
This position offers exposure to a wide range of land advisory and property development projects, with a focus on market insights, economic trends, and strategic property guidance. You’ll be working closely with clients, developers and stakeholders to support key decisions around acquisitions, disposals, and development potential.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include**:

- **Market Insight**: Carrying out in-depth research on land and property trends to support client advice and internal strategy.
- **Proposal Preparation**: Developing commercial sales proposals and identifying value-add opportunities for clients.
- **Valuation Support**: Advising on property and land values, while assisting clients through acquisition, sale, and development pathways.
- **Strategic Consulting**: Interpreting planning frameworks, zoning regulations, and usage potential to inform land use recommendations.
- **Reporting**: Preparing well-articulated reports that communicate key findings, methodologies, and recommendations.
- **Portfolio Analysis**: Evaluating large-scale landholdings and urban fringe assets for development viability and market positioning.
- **Client Engagement**: Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through proactive, informed and solution-driven communication.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in land advisory, property economics, or development consultancy.
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Economics, Commerce, or related disciplines are highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to synthesise complex data into clear insights.
- A collaborative, professional, and proactive working style.
