Exciting growth is underway in Queensland, with plans to expand our corporate restaurant footprint to 50+ restaurants in the coming years. To support this expansion, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated **Queensland State Manager** to lead our operations as we establish our presence in the region.

We’re looking for a people centric leader with a proven track record in coaching, managing, and inspiring teams to drive food excellence, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and achieve profitability—all while setting the stage for future growth.

In this hands-on role, you will lead the Queensland Corporate Ops Team, taking ownership of our restaurants in the area. You’ll be responsible for the operational and financial management of these corporate locations across four key performance indicators (KPIs):

- ** Food and Guest Experience**: Ensure food safety, quality, and a 100% guest satisfaction rate.
- ** People**: Hire top talent, embody our values daily, and continue to train and develop a high-performing Culinary and Operations team.
- ** Safety**: Maintain 100% compliance with GYG food safety and WHS requirements.
- ** Profitability**: Manage and effectively control the P&L of our Queensland corporate restaurants.

This position will play a crucial role in our continued expansion, with a robust pipeline of new restaurants on the horizon.
