About the role

We are looking for a passionate State Manager to lead our expanding Queensland operations, focusing on delivering outstanding NDIS services. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing day-to-day service delivery, ensuring participants receive personalised, safe, and high-quality support.

As we grow in Queensland, you will play a key role in:

  • Setting up operational foundations and processes for service delivery
  • Building strong relationships with participants, their families, community organisations, and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and relevant legislation
  • Developing strategies for growth and continuous improvement
  • Shaping a participant-focused culture as services expand across the state
