**Why This Role Matters**

**This is first and foremost an external-facing role, focused on building PHG’s brand presence and strengthening our network of relationships and referrers.**

You will be the first friendly face or reassuring voice that potential clients, families, and community partners encounter. You will represent PHG in the community, build trust with professionals and stakeholders, and create meaningful connections that open doors to new opportunities. By sharing stories and feedback from the field, you’ll help shape how we deliver services and how we’re seen in the community. It’s about driving growth through genuine relationships, being responsive and engaged, and consistently living out our values.

**What You will Champion**

Partnership Development
- Develop strong referral networks with GPs, coordinators, hospitals & more
- Explore co-hosting, cross-referrals, and joint outreach opportunities
- Maintain meaningful relationships with key stakeholders

Community Outreach & Representation
- Be our face at local expos, forums, and community events
- Host or support in-house information sessions and open days
- Bring our HEART values to life through every interaction

Marketing Support
- Source client and community intelligence to help shape our future direction
- Assist with all forms of marketing and social media planning

Client & Family Engagement
- Respond to enquiries with warmth and insight
- Guide families through HCP, NDIS, or private service options
- Build rapport that leads to active service relationships

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with intake and care coordination teams
- Contribute ideas that improve how we show up in the world

**Is this you?**
- You are a seasoned community, health, or care professional ready to reconnect with your why
- You are proactive, empathetic, and love meaningful conversation
- You have proven experience in building and sustaining professional relationships — ideally with healthcare providers, community organisations, and other relevant stakeholders
- You understand how engagement activities translate into referrals, service uptake, and growth
- You have experience with various digital tools commonly associated with the marketing process
- You value balance and are looking for a flexible, part-time role (20-30 hrs/week)
- You are confident presenting, liaising, and building networks, and you bring heart to every handshake

**What you need**
- Experience in community engagement, client liaison, or stakeholder development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working across cultural and linguistic backgrounds
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
- NDIS Worker Screening / WWCC
- Familiarity with aged care or disability services a bonus - but not essential if you are eager to learn

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 30 per week
