Platinum Healthcare was proudly established in Western Australia and offers the best aged and disability home care services in Perth. We provide in-home aged care, disability care, respite and palliative care services throughout Perth to a wide range of clients.

About the role

Due to strong growth, we are seeking an organised and proactive Scheduler who can become an integral part of the team. You will play a vital role in supporting our team for the efficient scheduling of support workers for clients.

Working as a member of our Bookings Team, the successful applicant will ensure the timely and effective delivery of rostering services to our clients and will be required to liaise with our support workers to ensure that our clients receive the support most suited to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional service, so we are looking for someone who can stay calm, focused and positive in difficult situations.
- Timely & efficient rostering of support staff according to their skill set and geographical location
- Ensure support staff are matched to clients to ensure best fit for the client and employee
- Manage and negotiate roster schedule changes as required
- A driven approach to customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- An ability to complete allocated duties in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
- Understand the unique needs of each client with a proactive focus on high need clients in a community/home-care environment (no group homes)
- Handle personal information in a confidential and professional manner

Skills & Experience
- Previous rostering experience (disability/aged care within the community environment)
- Previous employment in a disability or aged care office environment (community preferred)
- Advanced computer software and Microsoft Office skills (particularly with rostering software)
- An exceptional attention to detail and ability to organise and prioritise tasks
- Great customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner
- Adaptable to change/flexible and ability to work as a team
- National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old) OR NDIS Check
- Certificate of Completion for NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Certificate of Completion for COVID-19 Module
- Covid-19 Vaccination evidence
