**What you’ll do**
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. You’ll be responsible for:
- Assisting the CEO with the implementation of the organisation’s strategic action plan, engaging with senior management to ensure execution of strategic directives.
- Acting as a liaison between the CEO, Board, Executive Team, and all relevant stakeholders, managing expectations and exercising judgement to prioritise and action requests.
- Managing all aspects of Board and Subcommittee meetings, including the preparation and distribution of relevant documentation (agendas, reports, briefings), coordinating meeting attendance, performance of confidential minute taking and ensuring all Board compliance requirements are met.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
**What you’ll need**
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Executive Assistant who:
- demonstrates Mosaic’s values in all behaviours.
- possesses a strong level of professionalism and demonstrated ability to be discrete, courteous and confidential at all times.
- is highly organized with the ability to prioritise and action a multitude of tasks.
- has excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with all levels of management and other stakeholders.
- is a critical thinker who can adapt to changing situations and problem solve whilst remaining calm under pressure.
- has advanced computer software skills, including expertise in the MS Office Suite and a strong ability to research information on the internet and any other sources of data quickly.
- has excellent planning skills with a keen eye for detail.
- has at least 3 years’ experience in similar work.
**Conditions of Employment**
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration and Management or related field.
- Australian working rights.
- Australian Driver’s Licence, own vehicle.
- Willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
