We're currently looking for a People and Culture Officer to support and complement the people side of the business and join the fabulous People and Culture team.

**About the Role**
- You will provide high level administrative support to the People and Culture team on all functions in the employee lifecycle including recruitment, induction, onboarding, offboarding, rostering, contracts, reporting, learning and development, safety & performance
- In addition, you will also provide generalist human resource administration support to all stakeholders

To excel in this role you will be a customer service oriented person who is passionate about human resources and has the following skills, experience and attributes:

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Qualified in a Human Resource discipline or working towards - desirable

**Role Requirements**:

- Current Australian Driver’s Licence, own vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Right to work in Australia
