We are looking for a Fleet Operations Officer preferably with auto mechanic background to join our team based at our Jandakot office.

**Your contribution and responsibilities**:

- Assess, advice and manage vehicle repairs and maintenance, including warranty repairs and insurance claims.
- Support the Fleet Manager with fleet acquisitions, replacement and disposal.
- Engage and provide fleet support to internal fleet customers to ensure ATCO’s fleet policies and procedures, and regulations are complied with.
- Assist in maintaining fleet records, preparing fleet reports and undertaking other fleet administration matters.
- Assist in the monitoring and analysing fleet condition, performance and utilisation, and the development and implementation of fleet management initiatives.

**What will you bring**:

- Experience in fleet management and administration highly desirable.
- Recognised trade certificate in light vehicles and/or heavy vehicles with auto mechanical and/or electrical knowledge desirable.
- C class and Medium Rigid class driver license desirable.
- Good PC skills including the ability to utilise a range of fleet management systems.
- Highly organised with proven time management skills to effectively deliver multiple priorities.
- Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
