**The role**

This permanent, full-time opportunity is suited to an experienced Legal secretary / Legal EA.

You'll support a senior Partner, who manages a busy practice, whilst also being a member of the executive team that runs this well-established and well-regarded Australian law firm.

You will work closely with the Partner to run their day-to-day practice - helping them to manage their time and their team - as they delegate their work to junior lawyers whilst also working on big name files directly.

You'll also take on EA support ensuring this likeable lawyer is always ahead of their busy schedule. As their right-hand person, you'll act as the point of liaison for senior stake-holders and clients.

All in all, this is a wide-ranging senior-level EA role that will allow you to use your EA skills to the full and become an integral part of an executive team committed to this impressive firm's ongoing success.

**About you**

You will:

- be an experienced Legal Secretary/EA working at a senior level with some exposure to Comm Lit / CDR or similar.
- You will be used to working with a wide-variety of key-stake holders and offer discretion and business acumen, alongside your strong technical skills;
- Previous experience working in a professional services firm with a partnership structure is essential
