Based in the heart of North Sydney, this boutique legal firm are seeking a fantastic Legal Secretary to support a down to earth and super friendly Principal Lawyer. Working closely together, you will become her right hand as you hit the ground running to manage all of her administration.

Having known the client for many years, we can confidently say that they are a great bunch to work with and will welcome you into their team with open arms. You'll be working in tandem with another legal secretary who has been in the business for many years, so you'll always have support

**The day to day...**
- Managing and transcribing documents from dictation recordings - speedy fingers are a must
- Drafting court documents and subpoenas
- Booking appointments for clients (internal meetings and medicals etc)
- Answering the phones in partnership with the other legal secretary
- Other general administration as and when required

You will be a confident self-starter, able to take initiative with a superior work ethic. You will be a meticulous organiser, possess excellent attention to detail and have a proven ability to work autonomously and contribute successfully towards team performance.

You have a positive outlook on life, and this paired with your great sense of humour will see you becoming part of the furniture in no time. Due to the nature of the role, previous legal experience is required.
