About the role
As Education Support Project Coordinator, you’ll coordinate projects, develop resources and training tools, manage stakeholder communications, and support IT integration for RACGP assessments. Reporting to the Education Support Lead, you’ll work with medical educators, the NAA and vendors to deliver key initiatives that enhance assessment quality and member experience.
**As our Education Support Project Coordinator, you'll also**:
Coordinate and deliver education support projects, including timelines, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Develop and maintain tools, resources, training materials, and communications for assessment delivery.
Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and IT vendors to support systems integration and service delivery.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and deliver clear, professional content.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement and quality outcomes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital systems, with a willingness to learn RACGP platforms.
