**About the Role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic **Project Coordinator / Project Support Consultant** to join our team and assist the Program Manager in delivering a key client project. This role is ideal for someone with experience in **project coordination, contract administration, or project support**. You’ll work closely with **Project Managers, Architects, and Engineering professionals** to ensure seamless project execution, contract management, and stakeholder communication.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
- Review, negotiate, and manage variations to contracts, ensuring compliance with project goals.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts, programs, and services.
- Maintain project financials, including tracking budgets, forecasting, and reporting expenditures.
- Organise and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups are actioned.
- Coordinate and manage workshops, ensuring effective stakeholder participation and engagement.
- Maintain and manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and records, keeping them accurate and up to date.
- Act as a key point of contact for project-related communication among stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
- Identify project risks and escalate issues with recommendations for resolution.
- Support the preparation of project presentations, status reports, and other materials for stakeholders and senior management.
- Oversee contractor work, track variations to work orders, and report on contract performance.
- Analyse project data and outcomes, providing reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate office accommodation and administrative needs for project teams as required.

**Skills and Experience**
- **Experience Level**: 1-3 years in project coordination, contract administration, or project support, ideally in an IT environment.
- **Education**: A **Diploma-level qualification** in a relevant field OR at least **three years of relevant work experience**.
- **Project Coordination**: Hands-on experience managing IT project documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement.
- **Contracts & Financial Management**: Ability to review contracts, track budgets, and manage financial reports.
- **Meeting & Workshop Facilitation**: Skilled in organising meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- **Time & Task Management**: Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- **Communication & Stakeholder Engagement**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with teams at all levels.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactive in identifying issues and recommending solutions to ensure project success.
- **Technology Skills**: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
