Noosa Heads, Australia Revive Financial Full time

Working in a support role for our Customer Success Team you will respond to customer enquiries getting them to complete a debt assessment questionnaire and introduce the customer to the appropriate team within Revive. Responsible for answering all inbound calls for our marketing lines.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Respond to online enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Assist enquirers in completing our Online Assessment Form over the phone to determine if Revive have a positive solution
- Provide empathy/understanding and reassurance
- Allocate/transfer qualified enquirers to appropriate Revive team based on the appropriate solution (Refinance, Personal Loan, Debt Management Plan, Bankruptcy or Business Debt Solution)
- Assist Customer Success Specialists in responding to enquiries and schedule calls to persons who have submitted the Assessment Form, however not responded to contact attempts of our Customer Success Specialists
- Work well within the Customer Success Team and with other teams within Revive Financial towards our common goals as an organisation
- Participate in internal training and read industry updates to provide customers with professional care
