**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and assist patients upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Manage patient check-in/check-out processes, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- **Multitasking & Prioritisation**:

- Efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including answering phone calls, processing patient paperwork, and scheduling appointments.
- Prioritise tasks based on urgency, ensuring that the clinic runs smoothly and all patient needs are addressed in a timely manner.
- **Patient Coordination**:

- Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation is entered into the system.
- Prepare and verify patient information prior to appointments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure patients are seen in a timely manner.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining medical records.
- Handle billing, medicare batching, ensuring proper documentation and submission.
- Assist in preparing and sending reminders for appointments, follow-ups, and any required medical forms.
- **Problem-Solving & Initiative**:

- Anticipate the needs of patients and medical staff, proactively resolving any issues that arise.
- Handle any administrative challenges or patient concerns efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Take initiative to improve office efficiency and streamline processes when possible.
- **Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between patients, Doctors and nurses
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, wait times and procedures.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
