Team Leader – Solar Appointment Confirmation

We're a fast-growing solar retailer doing 50+ installs a month — and scaling fast.
We're looking for a confirmation and scheduling gun who wants to own the solar appointment calendar, lead the team, and help build the engine that fuels our growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be on the phones daily confirming appointments, leading by example, and driving team performance.
You'll inherit a steady flow of 20+ qualified leads every day from our 10+ door-knocking team, manage an existing appointment scheduler, and grow a high-performing confirmation team around you.
What You'll Own- Full ownership of the solar appointment schedule — confirmations, reschedules, fill-ins and gap control.
- Strategic away-trip planning and calendar optimisation to maximise install volume.
- Personally handle confirmations to keep quality tight and lead from the front.
- Manage and grow the appointment setting team — recruit, onboard and train new hires.
- Run structured weekly 1:1 coaching and performance reviews to lift team capability.
- Work closely with the door-knocking team to convert 20+ daily qualified leads.
- Set clear KPIs and drive appointment volume to hit aggressive growth targets.
- Report directly to leadership and help shape the department as we scale.
Who You Are
- A solar confirmation pro — you know how to fill calendars with high-quality appointments.
- Strong communicator: clear, confident and fast on the phone.
- Experienced in training and leading appointment setters or ready to step up.
- Organised and proactive — thrives in a fast-moving environment.
- Loves taking ownership and building something, not just following a script.
- Bonus: away-trip or field scheduling experience.
No generic call centre experience. Solar confirmation background is essential.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 base + performance bonuses (OTE $130k+)
