We're on the lookout for a confident, motivated Solar Appointment Setter to join our growing team. You'll be chatting with warm, pre-qualified leads (no cold calls) to book appointments for our Energy Experts and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Calling qualified residential leads for solar and battery consultations
  • Confirming and rebooking appointments — no pushy selling, just genuine conversations
  • Managing calendars, emails, and SMS replies
  • Making sure customers have sent through their power bills and are ready for their consultation
  • Working closely with a friendly, energetic team who know how to hit targets and have fun doing it
What We're Looking For
  • Confident communicator who enjoys phone-based conversations
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, scheduling, or customer service
  • Sharp attention to detail and comfortable using CRM systems
  • Organised, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • Genuine enthusiasm for renewable energy and helping customers save on power
