**As a Principal Planner you will**:

- Lead the drafting of statutory regional plan reviews. Generate strategic insights from baseline data supporting regional growth and aligning with government policies. Manage project plans and multidisciplinary teams, including experts in planning, data analytics, spatial analysis, land economics, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs and advice under diverse and consistent pressures. Provide detailed technical and strategic advice on regional planning to support senior management, stakeholders, and inform government policy. Establish and sustain productive relationships with key project stakeholders, including state agencies, local governments, infrastructure entities, industryassociations and technical experts. Coordinate high-quality correspondence, submissions, presentations, briefs, and reports to facilitate project delivery. Provide strategic support linking regional plans with economic, social, and environmental data.
