**Your Role and Impact**:

- Project Leadership: Lead planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring top-quality results and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Mentorship: Develop and support junior planners, helping them grow in their careers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with your urban design, development compliance, surveying and spatial colleagues to deliver integrated planning solutions.

**What You Bring**:

- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in a senior / principal planning role delivering results in development assessment.
- Technical Expertise: An excellent understanding of Queensland’s planning legislation.
- Qualification: Degree in Town Planning or a related field and eligibility for PIA membership.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent negotiation skills and able to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate and understand complex planning and client project challenges with practicality, expertise and creativity.
