**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Strategy & Planning, ANZ this role is critical in shaping and optimising the Retail & On-Premise strategy for the ANZ market. By leveraging data-driven insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations, you will help drive revenue growth, improve commercial outcomes, and strengthen relationships with key retail partners.
- Support commercial strategy development across retail and on-premise channels.
- Analyse market trends and performance metrics to drive strategic insights.
- Develop dashboards and reports to guide data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in business case modelling, cost-benefit analysis, and project support.
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer and channel strategies.Identify risks and opportunities in pricing, distribution, and merchandising.

**About you**

You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. With a background in finance or strategy, you excel at problem-solving, influencing stakeholders, and driving commercial outcomes in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in finance, strategy, or commercial analytics.
- Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills, with expertise in Excel and Power Point.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and clear recommendations.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, influencing, and presenting insights.Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
