**The Role**

As our Strategy Analyst, you'll be at the heart of UniSuper's strategic planning and decision-making processes. You'll:

- Contribute directly to the Fund's Strategy, influencing the direction of a $145+ billion fund.
- Develop insights for senior leadership, including the CEO and board members.

**_What You'll Be Working On _**
In this role, you'll work on exciting challenges such as:

- Conducting in-depth industry research and market scans to understand the competitive landscape and to provide strategic insights.
- Creating consistent reporting dashboards that inform critical business decisions.
- Contributing to key strategic documents like the UniSuper Business Plan and Annual Outcomes Assessment and Business Performance Review.
- Collaborating with teams across the organisation to drive simplicity in a complex environment.
- Identifying opportunities for business growth and optimisation.

- Have a sharp analytical mind and can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to influence at all levels
- Are proactive and self-motivated, thriving in our dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like Power BI
- Can balance meticulous attention to detail with a strategic, big-picture perspective

If you've been working as a business analyst, actuarial analyst, data analyst, or in a similar analytical role within financial services or consulting, we'd love to hear from you. While a background in superannuation is beneficial, it's not essential - your analytical skills and strategic thinking are what matter most.
