The purpose of the Strategy Analyst role is to work as part of the Digital & Data team to complete strategic problem-solving, analysis and communications to support key presentations, documents, and outputs to help define and bring our strategies to life.

**How will I help?**

Reporting to our Senior Strategy Manager, this role requires someone who is a strategic thinker with an ability to focus on the whole system and consider the interconnections and interdependencies within it. It requires someone who is perpetually curious and analytical, but also able to think creatively and craft a compelling business story. It also requires someone who is self-starter, willing to get stuck in, and deliver the best possible work.

Key specific responsibilities include:

- Support the development of a clear strategic narrative that demonstrates how we will enable our people and customers to thrive in a digital world and bring our ambition to life
- Support the connection of the digital & data portfolio to Bupa’s corporate strategy to ensure it is aligned and funded to create and maintain the solutions needed to meet existing business targets, as well as future growth platforms Bupa is considering
- Research the evolving customer, technology, industry landscape as input into our digital ambition and portfolio plan
- Support the exploration of opportunities for partnering to use data to its full potential ethically and create amazing digital customer experiences for customers
- Identify opportunities and design initiatives that empower the Bupa community to live longer, healthier, happier lives and make a better world

**What do I need?**

Experience
- Previous experience in a strategy analyst role or similar
- Intellectually curious with strong qualitative and quantitative skills
- Passionate about solving problems and commercially-minded
- Excellent written and verbal communicator with great story-telling and presentation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Ability to manage ambiguity and work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Strong self-awareness and openness to constructive feedback, trying new approaches, and continuous learning and growth
