**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective fulfillment strategies to meet customer demand and optimize operational efficiency.
Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and customer service, to streamline the fulfillment process.
Oversee order processing, packaging, and shipping activities to meet quality and timeline standards.
Analyze data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the fulfillment process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in fulfillment management, preferably in IT.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of relevant software and technologies in supply chain management.
