**The key responsibilities of this role will be to**:
Manage the Online Store operations from order confirmation through to a satisfied customer.
Manage the Online Store distribution processes and staff, overseeing the pick and pack and completion of orders.
Ensure stock has been received and check variances with warehouse administration.
Manage the Online Store stock levels to ensure accurate levels to achieve budgets.
Ensure adequate stationery and resources are available at all times and liaise with the Marketing Manager to ensure the web store is sufficiently staffed during promotional periods.
Manage stocktakes to ensure stock levels are correct at all times and report to the Stock Controller.
Manage enquiries relating to order fulfilment and delivery of products.
Coordinate the return of faulty items, track all returns and coordinate the re-shipping of replacement items.
Communicate with customers directly with regard to any orders that have missing stock, and issue refunds or replacement items where appropriate.
Manage staff rosters and onboarding of casual team members.
Liaise with couriers and freight management companies in relation to the shipping and handling of Online Store orders.

**Experience and Skills**:
A strong manager with the ability to lead, support and empower team members to achieve their goals and purpose.
A working knowledge of online businesses or logistics.
Excellent administration skills.
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
Flexible nature with proven ability to lead through an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.
