**What you’ll do**

We are looking for a Fulfilment Centre Operations Manager - Retail Fulfilment for our Laverton North Fulfilment Centre

Reporting to the Fulfilment Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the fulfilment centre, ensuring safety, service and optimisation of the site across retail fulfilment.
- Actively drive engagement and a great culture across the site, in line with the vision and values of Bunnings
- Enable the team to successfully service the store network and direct customers
- Lead a proactive safety and wellbeing culture and ensure team receive relevant safety and wellbeing training
- Ensure inventory and pick accuracy, receipt on time, pick in full, and dispatch on time, while delivering quality service to ensure stores can fulfil customer demands
- Manage performance KPI’s in the areas of safety, team, service and cost

**Who we’re looking for**

You will bring previous demonstrated experience in leadership, with the ability to lead an engaged and high performing team to deliver an exceptional customer service experience.

You will have well developed tactical and strategic decision-making skills, coupled with excellent organisation and planning skills. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to form strong partnerships and collaborate with key stakeholders.

**You’ll Need**:

- Strong demonstrated warehouse or order fulfilment experience within a large retailer or FMCG Supply Chain business
- Demonstrated experience in a senior operational leadership role
- Advanced understanding of safety processes and legislation
- A deep understanding of key cost drivers and warehousing operations, including inventory management, third party logistics, commercial acumen, continuous improvement and warehouse management systems
- Supply Chain Qualification is preferable
