**About the role**

We’re on the lookout for an **Operations Support Manager**to join our team at the **Laverton Fulfilment Centre**

In this dynamic and hands-on role, you’ll step in to lead the team when our Operations Managers or Coordinators are unavailable, keeping things running smoothly and supporting the day-to-day operation of the site. Your focus will be on safety, service, and team engagement - helping drive great outcomes for both our team and customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, is confident stepping up, and passionate about supporting and developing others.

**What you’ll do**
- Provide leadership and guidance across the Fulfilment Centre in the absence of Operations Managers or Coordinators
- Coordinate all sales events and stock events across the Fulfilment Centre, including OnePass, Black Friday, and other peak trading periods
- Support operational performance by ensuring service standards, safety practices and team engagement are upheld
- Coach and empower team members to build capability and a strong safety culture
- Promote and maintain best practices and continuous improvement across all areas

**Who we’re looking for**

**You'll need**
- Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally within fulfilment or distribution
- Experience in coaching and developing others
- The ability to support and drive change
- Understanding of safety processes and legislation
