We are seeking a experienced **Sales Consultant**to join our dynamic and highly motivated **Northern**team. In this role, you will be out in the field, driving sales, developing relationships and achieving growth within our **New Building**Solutions**team in the **Gold**Coast.**

**What will you be doing?**
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
- Generate leads and engage with customers to match KONE solutions to customer needs
- Manage the complete sales cycle for KONE's essential customers
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting within Salesforce (CRM).
- Share leads and sales opportunities with the KONE sales team
- Drive your individual sales plan and sales budget ensuring pricing targets
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in technical sales within the construction industry
- Proven experience working with Tier 2 / Tier 3 builders
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast paced, commercial environment
- Resilient, agile, and persevering approach
- Strong relationship management skills and experience
- High level of computer literacy, including experience with CRM software
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client accounts
