**About The Role**
Right now, we are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join the team at FIP Group.

You will be responsible for:

- Driving continuous improvement across the vehicle team business activities to achieve KPIs
- Proactively monitoring and tracking the vehicle tracker to ensure all transport requirements are inline with team operational guidelines
- Proactively maintaining accurate databases, tracking and monitoring areas of concern, supported by recommended rectification actions
- Ensuring compliance with operational management systems
- Supporting the facilitation of internal audit process
- Managing internal relationships with support teams to ensure overall operational excellence across the team unit
- Highlighting any risk regarding any vehicle contracts
- Review, compare, analyse vehicle leases and services to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiencies, with the view of reducing overall commercial exposure

**About You**
To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business at all levels. You will be career focused with the drive to take on further opportunities and challenges as they arise.

You will also have:

- Minimum 3 years of fleet management experience
- Proven experience supervising supplier relationships
- Ability to operate at a higher level to support teams
- Diploma in Fleet Management / logistics
- Min 3 years Operational experience in an Admin or Coordinator
