Service Coordinator Role:

We are seeking a proactive Service Coordinator to manage our service operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients and dispatch technicians for prompt repairs and maintenance.
  • Manage technician availability and communicate with them to ensure spare parts are available.
  • Create and manage work orders, accurately recording completion in our system.
  • Schedule preventative maintenance on fleet equipment, ensuring safety for employees and customers.
  • Continuously analyze and improve scheduling practices to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues to facilitate equipment maintenance and repair.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Field Service Coordinator is highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in high-volume scheduling environments.
  • Solid mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical skills with a knack for recommending improvements to systems, processes, and procedures.
  • A mechanical or automotive qualification is beneficial.
