In the role of Coordinator (Fleet Asset) you will manage the disposal of equipment to achieve the best value for Transport and Main Roads and assist with the coordination of new equipment purchases.

**Accountabilities include**:

- Coordinate the delivery of new equipment purchases and manage the equipment disposal program
- Analyse disposal data and provide recommendations on return on investments for business related decisions
- Consult, liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and reconcile the purchase and disposal systems and report on opportunity for improvements in business systems
- Produce reports and information to the Manager (Fleet) on planning stages of new equipment purchases and the operation of the disposal system
- Consult, liaise and negotiate with Service Providers in relation to Queensland Procurement guidelines
- Reconcile the disposals database in conjunction with the Financial Coordinator and relative stakeholders
- Provide support to Fleet team / Operations units and purchasing staff as required.
