Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the repair and maintenance of our fleet and retail customer equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer breakdown requests
  • Manage and communicate with technicians to ensure the availability of spare parts
  • Create and manage work orders for Field Service Technicians
  • Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance on fleet equipment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a mechanical environment is highly regarded
  • Proven experience in a high-volume scheduling environment
  • Solid mechanical aptitude
  • Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
