**THE ROLE**

The Property Portfolio Officer is responsible for the management, administration and oversight of portfolios made available by Homes Victoria to registered housing agencies and providers. Activities include contract management, portfolio analysis, performance analysis and reporting and management of provider and landlord/landowner obligations.

Reporting to the Team Leader, this role is a hands-on property and contract management role that leads lease administration, stakeholder management, critical date and contract performance management and risk management. This role will be responsible for managing and the performance of a designated portfolio of properties.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Answer queries, provide timely advice, undertake follow up action and identify emerging administrative functions, pre-planning, and evaluation.
- Arrange meetings and conferences, including liaison with senior executives and government officials coordinating papers, organising venues, agendas, taking minutes and follow-up actions and making travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Operate as an effective branch and/or unit member in a team environment and deliver quality, timely and effective customer service to staff at all levels and promote and develop key relationships and linkages within and outside the organisation.
