- Able to demonstrate skills in project management and administration in a property related field.
- Good at researching, preparing and executing reports and briefings and/or technical specifications for property projects.

The Business Support Officer is responsible for providing support in the Purchase, Sale, Lease and management of Land owned, controlled or managed by Homes Victoria. The role involves supporting staff within the team by completing administrative tasks, managing meeting's, preparing weekly and monthly reports, and assisting the Manager with adhoc tasks.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Support the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including project development and delivery, monitoring and evaluation.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports, ministerial briefs, record keeping of meetings and town planning submissions.
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach.
