**About the Company**
Our client is an established Australian organisation with offices based in major cities around Australia. Experiencing continual success, this newly created role will see you working as part of a dedicated team of HR professionals providing expert ER/IR advice and coaching across the whole organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**
Reporting directly to the Head of HR you will partner with senior leaders providing best practice advice and coaching across all matters ranging from employee grievances, performance and disciplinary matters ensuring the right solution for both the employee and business. You will have some exposure to unions in a non-unionised environment.

**What you will bring**
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders and the business on all ER/IR matters with a positive outcome. It is essential that you have dealt with a broad range of ER/IR matters with a passion for ensuring quality employee relations outcome. You will ideally have a degree qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Relations with a passion for continual learning and growth.
